RFP: Marketing Campaign and Media Services

Hello Healdsburg area businesses,

As part of the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce’s (HCC) ongoing efforts to support and promote our local and regional businesses we are happy to publish this Request for Proposal for a digital marketing campaign. Funding for this campaign came from a number of sources: the City of Healdsburg, HTID, and private businesses and industry groups. The HCC marketing sub-committee is overseeing these efforts and will be reviewing any proposals received and award the contract for this work. We are accepting applications from agencies and any groups who may organize to provide a comprehensive project team and strategic leadership.

Because this funding was provided by the city and others to promote the area as a whole we will not be focusing on promoting only member businesses but the whole community. Local residents and visitors alike should be seen as the target audience.

Proposals are due by March 30th. If you know of any interested parties please forward this RFP along to them.

In addition to this digital marketing campaign, the chamber will also be awarding creative grants to develop materials to support this campaign as well as other projects to promote the city of Healdsburg and surrounding community. The grant award process will be published soon.

First consideration for awards for the digital marketing campaign as well as creative grants will go to members in good standing of the HCC.
