Family-Business Earns Substantial Sonoma County Harvest Fair Medals with Natural Foods
 
Healdsburg, Calif. - September 15, 2021 – Costeaux French Bakery, Sweepstakes Bread Exhibitor of the Year, announces the procurement of ten Sonoma County Harvest Fair medals. Medals illustrate the Costeaux commitment to exceptional quality breads, pastries, and desserts. These award-winning products fulfill everyday needs, special occasions, elevate snack time and more.

“Submitting items to the Harvest Fair is a family tradition,” says Costeaux President & CEO William Seppi. “We are proud to make natural foods of remarkable quality.  We take our ingredient selection seriously and always aim to be ahead of the curve with our natural food commitments.”

The Seeded Batard, a hearty loaf that incorporates flax, sunflower, sesame and poppyseeds, won a Double Gold, Best of Show Specialty Bread recognition. Best of Show in the French Bread category was awarded to the Costeaux Sourdough Boule. A new addition to the submissions list was the concha, a sweet bread, from Tia Maria by Costeaux which received a Gold Medal. Cinnamon Nut Bread, a Sonoma County favorite, brought home a Gold Medal as well.

“We are passionate about achieving the best quality possible for everyday breads we deliver to many valued retailers across the North Bay and San Francisco,” says Seppi. “Our community means so much to us and being able to provide the staples for their family meals is a privilege we don’t take lightly.” 

A champion for celebrating life’s special occasions, Costeaux submitted the Princess Cake and Mocha Florentine. Both earned a Double Gold. In addition to the bread and desserts, Cheese Twists were submitted earning a Gold medal. The Chocolate Croissant secured a Double Gold Medal.
