COSTEAUX FRENCH BAKERY ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP TEAM EXPANSION
New Leadership Focuses on Unwavering Commitment to Quality, Service, Community, and Family

Healdsburg, Calif. – July 27, 2021 – Costeaux French Bakery announces the appointment of two new members of the Costeaux leadership team. Newly appointed Director of Operations Javier Tenorio, Jr. brings his expertise to oversee the 30,000-square-foot Costeaux Baking Centre, a wholesale production facility. Director of Marketing Rose Jimenez drives the marketing strategy for all bakery cafes and wholesale. Together, the Costeaux team continues their dedication to quality, service, community, and family.

“This is an exciting time for Costeaux,” says Costeaux President & CEO William Seppi. “We have been committed to carrying on the tradition of quality ever since my parents purchased the bakery in 1981. With Javier’s leadership, we can continue to raise the bar while we streamline processes, in turn, providing exceptional service. Also, we can continue to gain exposure with consumers in and out of the marketplace with Rose’s vast skill set.”

Tenorio is a seasoned finance and operations professional who has worked for various Sonoma County family-owned businesses and others including Jackson Family Wines, La Tortilla Factory, C. Mondavi & Family, and more over a career that has spanned two decades. He achieved his Executive Master of Business Administration from California State University, Sonoma after earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, Tenorio, a US Army Veteran, dedicated his time on the Board of Directors for Veterans Resource Centers and Swords to Plowshares. He currently serves on the Kenwood School District Board of Trustees.

“Community is a huge part of who we are at Costeaux,” says Seppi. “One of the many facets of Rose’s role in marketing is managing our contributions to the community as well as maintaining our other core values within all marketing initiatives across Costeaux.”

Jimenez comes with more than a decade of experience in business communications, with a blended background in direct marketing to consumers, business-to-business marketing, public relations, events, and more. Previously she worked for Sonoma County Vintners, The Family Coppola, M.A. Silva, and Foley Family Wines. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Fresno. Over the years she has pursued her passion for mentoring with guest speaking opportunities as well as volunteering her time for students at California State University, Sonoma.
