Alliance Medical Center is seeking a Bilingual Referral Coordinator:

The Bilingual Referral Coordinator provides referrals of our patients to specialists and communicates patient care requirements with external physicians and insurance companies. The Bilingual Referral Coordinator provides follow up communication in writing or by phone to Alliance Medical Center's patients. The Bilingual Referral Coordinator uses Alliance Medical Center's EMR (Epic) and tracks statistics of how many referrals we have received and may be asked to track other information. The Bilingual Referral Coordinator is responsible for the list of Physician Specialists and updating Staff as needed.


•    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal skills in English and Spanish required;
•    Exceptional Customer Service and empathy skills required with sense of urgency in resolving issues;
•    Good organizational and problem solving skills, must be detail oriented;
•    Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook, EMR/EPIC knowledge a plus;
•    High School Diploma or GED with 6+ months of related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
