From preparing the all-important sushi rice, to scratch-made dashi and fish selection, learn the craft from start to finish while you prepare a fabulous sushi dinner. Each ticket will include an evening of instruction, a delicious sushi dinner, and a glass of our fabulous Notre Vue Brut Sparkling, the perfect pairing for sushi!
