Event Description:
Meet, watch, and talk to Ana Aranda whose illustrations can be found in picture books including The Chupacabra Ate the Candelabra (written by Marc Tyler Nobleman) and Our Celebración! (written by Susan Middleton Elya). Born in Mexico City and based in San Francisco, she has painted murals in San Francisco's Mission District for the Consulate General of Mexico, and had her work exhibited internationally.
