Dena has worked in the Employment and Training field for over 20 years. Her experience working in the career development field spans almost all areas of work and includes people of all ages.
She provides training for businesses, non-profit organizations and schools. Her training emphasizes a practical approach to enhancing employer/employee communication and educating employers on making good hiring decisions.
Dena's work experience also includes working as adjunct faculty at USF in the Organizational Behavior Department teaching Training and Development.
She holds an M.A. in Counseling from USF, a certificate in Organizational Development and Training from UCLA and has completed extensive course work in Career Development.
