Celebrate Labor Day weekend overlooking the Dry Creek Valley vineyards at Comstock Wines. Labor Day Weekend-Saturday, August 31 and Sunday, September 1st, reservations start at 11am for our Three BBQ Bites Wine Pairing featuring local chef Jett Williams of Songbird BBQ.

Chef Jett Williams grew up in north Texas, raised on Texas style BBQ with inspiration from his father’s Filipino and Korean roots. From a young age he found his passion for food, immersed himself in learning all he could, through long hours and determination to become a chef at age 22, leading him to create what is now Songbird BBQ.
