Event Description:

This workshop will focus on the basics of estate planning, including asset transfers to heirs at death, avoiding probate and incapacity planning. The workshop will also touch on the relevance of wills, trusts, durable power of attorney and advanced health care directives in the estate planning process.

Presenter Ken Cyphers, Attorney, Anderson Zeigler:
Ken Cyphers is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.  He represents clients in matters involving estate planning, trust & estate administration, real property transactions and general business issues. Ken helps his clients with both simple and complex estate planning. His knowledge and experience with real estate transactions and real estate development provide a solid background to assist his clients with real property transactions and ownership disputes.  Ken is a resident of Healdsburg and serves on the Board of Directors of the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce and Healdsburg Little League.
