For three quarters of a century, lumberyard staff AT Nu Forest and locals have called this part of town "the mill." Replay will retain that industrial heritage by naming the new neighborhood Mill District. Mill artifacts will be transformed and integrated into the design, and wood will be used in dramatic ways, keeping this aspect of Healdsburg's history alive. Replay, working with world-renowned Olson-Kundig and SB Architects, will use robust beams from Nu Forest's last cut throughout the development.
